Terms of Use

Last updated: July 6, 2026

Welcome to Bible Verse Alarm (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Licensed application

Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), the standard license that applies to apps and subscriptions purchased through the App Store. You can read it here: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Using the app

The app is provided to help you wake up and memorize Scripture. Scripture text (World English Bible and King James Version) is in the public domain. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial devotional use.

Bible Verse Alarm Pro subscription

Some features are offered through an optional auto-renewing subscription, Bible Verse Alarm Pro. The following terms apply:

No warranty

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While the alarm is designed to wake you reliably, we cannot guarantee it will function correctly in every circumstance (for example, if your device is off, out of battery, or if system settings block it). Do not rely on the app as your sole alarm for safety-critical situations.

Privacy

The app collects no personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with an updated date.
